(EaW) Civil Uprising (1.0)

This is my second map. It is designed to work with EaW (not FoC). It is a two-player, multi-player map (Empire vs. Rebels). the Empire has a slight advantage over the Rebels sue to planet control, yet both sides are challenging to play.
