Wykkyd's War Tools v1.14

There is a growing list of features and functions to be developed and I am looking for anyone interested in helping me to flesh this out further. This addon requires Wykkyd's Framework to function.
Wykkyd's War Tools is an addon focused on improving coordination of raids in Cyrodiil, primarily those who might not all be inside of the same voice chat system at the same time.
