Tribes 2 - Rogue Master Server Lister Beta 7

This file is for the Tribes 2 Rogue Master server by Electricutioner. This will send a seperate heartbeat to absolous.no-ip.com to list there. This does not interfere with normal server listing.
Drop this into GameData/base and host a server. You can find the list at http://absolous.no-ip.com. This was created for the event that the normal master servers go down.
