Analyze FPS

MaxFPS shows the highest FPS you've got and the MinFPS shows the lowest FPS you've got in your current game. The AvgFPS shows the average FPS during your whole match. It is different to the "stat fps" avg fps value since this displays the average FPS of the last second (or something like this).
This mutator doesn't work online, but it's useful to test your UT2k3 performance with different maps, options, etc. If you activate it, it shows 3 values on your HUD: AvgFPS, MaxFPS and MinFPS. The
