Ladder is a server management system for UT2003. It allows you to create customized server "profiles", which can be used to quickly change your server's maplist, active mutators, and game settings
UT2Vote give the admin and the players the ability to vote on many different aspects of the games, way beyond just simple map changes. See readme file for specific details.
