increases the speeds of both firemodes, makes the primary fire more accurate and makes the secondary fire less accurate. So basically you end up with: [b]Primary Fire:[/b] Fires fast. Fires very accurate. Does medium damage. [b]Secondary Fire:[/b] Fires slower. Fires very spammy (not all that accurate, still good for very close range combate). Does HIGH damage. [b]To Install:[/b] Unzip the .u and the .int files into your UT2003\\System directory. The mutator will now show up in your mutator list.
