Here's a stereotypical Russian guy inspired for the most part by Westwood's Red Alert games. He also comes with built-in AI, so you can use him as a bot in single player campaign too.
1.Place the .upt and .upp files in your character folder in Upaint. 2.Then load Upaint and open Sketch into Upaint. 3.Then click add character to Unreal from the file menu. 4.Open UT2003
