I had to stretch it out a bit, making it more true to the real scale of the room. Besides the look, there are many structural improvements. First, I have made better use of the myLevel package to eliminate the amount of supporting files needed bringing this map down to 42 MB. The stairway is much more realistic than the previous version with the actual items hanging on the wall leading to the basement. Zoning, occluded geometry, and a huge amount of brush to mesh conversions have been used to give the map better FPS rates. There is also now an incredible bot network to make this game more fun to play on line or at home with plenty of hidden teleporters to get them to the best weapons. My favorite part of the map is the repeated Skaarj growel which was used to make the washing machine sound ! [/quote] A very nice map with lots of little niches to get weapons and hide out in.
