There are 37 weapons in all, including: crowbar, baseball bat, axes, light bulbs, pieces of plumbing, capacitor, tazer, concrete pole, beer bottles and many many more. Players can also wield 3 shields; Trashcan lid, JunkWar sign, and Riot shield. These shields can be used with one handed weapons to block and fend off attacks from opponents. JunkWar is a mutator, meaning it can be used with most, or all gametypes, and even new mods. JunkWar weapons can be used with original UT2004 weapons, and other weapons and gameplay features of other modifications, such as Ballistic Weapons. JunkWar also uses new surface-specific sounds and effects for all the new weapons. And new weapons can easily be added by users, with no complicated scripting or animations required! Just a simple mesh and skin, and some easy work in the default properties..
