Nostalgic Mod

The nostalgic mutator alters the HUD, power-ups, weapon functioning, character size, and a whole lot more in order to make them more similar to that of UT99.
The read me file: Nostagic_3E by Bee-nUTcase Credits to Miles Asvachin (aka MrEvil) for a part of his code in 'Boots of Jumping'. This is a mutator(mod if you will) that makes Ut2004 feal a bit like UnrealTournament (relased in 1999).
