Altered ECE

sounds and system files in case your dont like my version. You also cant play the ONS maps that came with ECE if you install this, i couldnt fix that. I included the textures and stuff like that for those who dont have ECE. Note that this is just the vehicles, not the maps and other stuff. the SPMA\'s crappy explosions have been changed too. The Ciada has no changes. I was gonna change how it shoots but the code is super weird and i coudlnt figure it out. ENJOY!!! (>^_^)>
AlteredECE....Description: This the ECE vehicles but with some changes. You can now use em through a mutator so you dont have to play a certain map to use em. If you already have ECE, backup your ECE
