First configurable release of the RBTT UT3 Invasion Mutator. This is revision 38, and contains quite a few bugs. Right now we've fixed alot already and are at revision 52.
Fourth version of this mutator with the following fixes: - Remote redeemers doesn't count as vehicles for relics. - Remade the netcode part of the relics. - Improved relic of infancy code, owners can't be ragdollized but can't use hoverboards.
