The 3 mercenary camps in the center also deserve mentioning. I put the 3 merc camps in the middle as an insentive to (can you guess?) not ignore the middle. If your army just got whiped out, your chance for survival lies in a quick trip to the middle

The twin towns of Liki and Giva have worked together to build a dam that they share, called the Liki-Giva Dam. Unfortuanately, everybody living in a low elevation behind the dam got flooded out. The others below the dam now have less water to share.
