PQD MOD v.0.2 - XP installer

This is a minimod all based on infantry. It will make the infantry more strong and powerfull. It will add new skins and make airbone troppers buyable at the menu. And Added more flares for the transports copters [all nations].
The install for PQD MOD version 0.2. No skins yet, but it's very funny. MAKE SHURE YOU SELECT ONLY INFANTRY BOOTS. How only Us have the MG gunner, very powerfull unit, the game could look very unballanced, so put more infantry boots for USSR. ONLY US
