Open the nightmare folder and place the nightmare.bsp, nightmare.res, and nightmare.txt in your valve/maps folder. Place the 6 (six) grave256_.tga files into your valve/gfx/env folder. Place the wav files in a folder called eerie and place that in your valve/sounds folder. Place the nightmare overview files in your valve/overviews folder. Open the models folder and place the dod_tree1.mdl and the pumpkin_wj5.mdl in your valve/models folder.
