Hello, did you replaced the standard “night” skybox? To be sure all players will use custom skybox one have not to use standard name for it

In theory, the skybox should be downloaded with the map and it has its own non-standard name.

This bsp differs, someone modified it.
In the bsp from your link skyname set to "sky", but sky files named like "skynbk.tga", so skyname should be set to "skyn"
