- Select one of the 4 variations of the skin
- Copy the file v_knife.mdl
- Paste it in your counter-strike addon models folder (if it doesn't exist create it with this name "cstrike_addons" and inside it another one called "models" without the quotation marks)

Example: C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Half-Life\cstrike_addon\models
