Tactical M4

I did this cuz well, the original compile was about 17k polys or somewhere there, and this compile is only 9475 polys, but I actually made this before the the Tan M4A1, I was just waiting for permission :P
Since CadeOpreto. made a lower poly ver. with different model and textures, this release is just for those who wish to get some of the original texture and model quality :D
