Chipped Deagle

Alright seeing how this was a failure I will rename it to chipped Deagle for now.

I will make a V2 of my Roughed Deagle later on.

What I added. A custom overlay of my own metal. engraved the scratches to give it that really roughed appearance. And a nub W model.

As you can see from my screen shot I tried making a W model, I failed ;).

Oh well rate it or not. Heres my release.
