Christmas Dopefish

This recompile took a long time to work out a few bugs, such as the spinning not working on certain public servers, but I managed to get it to work originally. This is actually my very first compile, so please be lenient on me. Of course I couldn't have done this without Strangemodul3, who made the original compile, and the .qc files I worked off of an modified in this compile. I know the hat doesn't look that great, but you can look forward to complete retextures of it and the fish in the future.

As an aside, I have asked Terminatrix if I would be allowed to release this provided I obtained permission from Strangemodule (for the original compile) and Sober (for the animations). She said it would be fine.
