phase mx update

This is an update for my previous skin and it has a lot of improvements Its looking more like a motocross render now and I think this is as good as it gets, but its a nice, detailed finish with everything in place

THE UPDATES!

1) A few adjustments to the finger and main hand joining parts

2) Added "TH" design on the glove

3) Normal map now in place! I thought id use a scale of 4 as motocross gloves r bulky and have protection on so i wanted them to look a bit more beefy and 3d.

4) Sleeves added! To make the design look more realistic and like a real motocross rider!

5) tidied up a blue section which looked a bit tacky
