Default M4 On Fallout Anims

A quick compile it did :D. Its Fallout's anims on Default m4a1 Uses shortez fixed m4 (restored backfaces)

NOTE There may be a little clipping please take a snapshot and ill see what i can do If its a problem with the silencer i can't do anything.
