These are Jdude's high-resolution barrels with normal maps and phong shading. I think they look way better now that they have normals even though some of them look a bit like they're made of concrete. this improves the look of maps quite a bit instead of "meh, barrels" it will be . There's a blue barrel that isn't in any of the screen shots. it is of the non-concrete variety.
This should have phong but i can't tell if it's working and i might have done something wrong. If you know anything about phong shading have a look at the VMTs and stuffs.
If you can/want to do better feel free to edit this.
Even if you like it, try and put some effort into making a proper assessment.
