PP-2000 update 12.22

UPDATE: fixed weird stretching parts of world model changed fire and bolt sounds Hi! I dont get why people make cool skins and dont do w_models for release... This thing happened to PP2000 so im here for teh great justice. I used Blind5's UZI anims (for mac10), reworked timings to fit TMP and now its here.
