Easy Company Realistic reskin

I made a reskin for the Day of Defeat: Source soldiers. I know that there are a lot of skins for the E-Company, but I think mine is a little bit better :P. As you see on the pictures I also included a new medic skin for servers with the medic class. This new medic skins will NOT replace the rifleman skin, but replace the "allis_mc_medic.vtf" file. If you wanna use this medic skin for your medic_class - server, you can do that without my permission, but please say when you do that, so I can join!

Importent! Updates coming soon, because there are still some things on the skin that look quite ugly, like the shoulders. Please send tips for me!
