DESCRIPTION: - All crates and fortifications excluding snow covered fortifications have had there skins made higher res with normal and bump mapping with some ajustment

Added in version 2:

• All player models are now higher res and are normal mapped.
• K98 V and W models are now higher res and are normal mapped.
• Garand clip and shell casings are now higher res and are normal mapped.
• Plant01 and tree_deciduous_01 are now higher res and are normal mapped.
• Removed cubemapping on Barrel Normal Mapped By Comstedt BUGS: None COMMENTS: Need to have video settings set to high to get full effect.
