Enhanced Night Sky Pack

Description

This pack contains higher resolution retextures for the moon and its many lunar appearances as well as the complete night sky. Both textures are very high resolution, unfortunately using screenshots ( especially .jpg's ) the true quality of these skins cant be completely shown off. I highly recommend everyone gives this pack a go because it makes such a massive difference to the nights in the Wasteland.

This pack is a combination of two separate resins by CptJoker and krzymar. I decided to upload them together as a pack because I though it made more sense and both reskins compliment each other really well :)

Installation

To install simply drag and drop/replace the files in the .zip to :

Program Files > Bethesda Softworks > Fallout 3

Also, to get custom textures/models/sounds to work you will need to go to :

My Documents > My Games > Fallout 3

1. Inside you'll see a .ini file named FALLOUT.ini
2. Open the .ini and search ( using ctrl + f ) for bInvalidateOlderFiles=0
3. You'll want to change this to equal 1 so that it looks like bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
4. Once the change is made, save the file and close it.
5. Done !

Notes

In some of the screenshots when looking closely at the new moon texture you can see the edge of the moon and it looks as if it is clipping, this has been updated and changed with the latest release to not show the edges of the moon.

It has been fixed, so not to worry !
