To extract this file you will need WinRar, which you can find at www.rarlab.com

To install the plugin, simply extract this file into the Data directory. Depending upon your installation, it's usually located here: C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data

From the Oblivion Launcher, select Data Files and check the box next to the esp file you choose to load.

To uninstall simply remove the .esp, this readme and the folders/files that came with the mod. :P
