No lag patch (for realistic guns)

I've found that most people complain about how much the "realistic" guns spam shaders and lag. So here is a fix. These were tested with css realistic weapon v4 (laggiest weps I could get) And a vid because pics don't do shit.

It was laggy because of a complex refraction effect, so I took it out >:D (Putting it in this catagory since it is a vtf edit, and because gmod does not have a sprite section.)
