Translocator UT Style

Primary fire - launch the capsule thing, or teleport if it already exists.

Secondary fire - remove/reload the capsule thing

Reload - activate/deactivate on board cam, this points in the direction you're facing so you can have a good look around. I did some shiftying around, so this shouldn't conflict with other cameras now.

And finally, I had to throw telefragging in there too.

I think I fixed the bug that kept making a capsule thing launch sometimes right after you teleported, but eh...
