New C4

English:

Just change the
- bomb.dff and bomb.txd
- satchel.dff and satchel.txd
into gta3.img

How to it?

- Download IMG tool 2.0
- Open gta3.img
Gta3.img => C://Program Files/Rockstar games/GTA San Andreas/Models
- then delete you originial bomb- and satchel.dff and bomb- and satchel.txd (if you want back up, first then delete)
- then add you my files to gta3.img
- archive rebuilds (sure done)
