Fixed Gluon Gun Hand

I can't even begin to describe how much that left hand irritated me, so I decided to 'fix' it. I took a custom LD HEV rig of mine and re-assigned all the bones to work with the Gluon Gun's joint set.

Also fixes two of the Gluon's firing animations, they were apparently broken or something. (And yes, I am aware that the hands had some faces removed to increase performance, the removal of these faces has no benefit to current systems and as such I decided to fix that.)
