Improved oldschool grunts

After going back to the oldschool, I realize the old models have a charm to them, and also just fit the setting a lot better. But some improvements would not hurt so I´ve been doing some reworks on the old models either for consistency, or just because it may look better.

For this, I borrowed TCHORGO opfor grunts compile. They have been retextured to add some additional details, and be slightly similar to the grunts from black mesa source; will also add a bit more variety with some marine faces being different in other mods, and some marines with long sleeves, enjoy, it has variants for several popular hl1 mods.

I´m planning a big oldschool pack for a release, but not yet done.
