I finally managed to finish this one up for the sake of my own sanity.
This is the Metrocop Elite variant from the beta. It was only "recently" leaked on Facepunch, thanks to Pelpix, who collected a lot of stuff over the years. So we can at last put our dirty little hands all over it.
