Survivor Combine Ranger for Metrocop

First mod upload so if there's any problems or suggestions, please let me know.

I always liked Half Life 2 Survivor, it's like the rare odd ball of the family and surprised that there weren't many skins ported over. (I understand why cause a lot of the models/animations were built differently) So I decided to do this, the standard combine ranger male for civil protection.

What does  feature?
-The skin ported over from HL2 Survivor
-A non glow version is included
-Works in Episodes
-Works for Barney
