Custom Realism Pack

This is a pack I was working for a while.

I noticed that, while GB has many Half-Life 2 skins oriented to realism, there isn't actually a ,,Realism Pack,, , so, I decided to make one, using the finest skins, sounds, textures, and others, found on GB.

The pack is mainly composed of re-skins such a Mr.So's Universal Union Combine and Zombine, J.Barnes poster replacements, verttrasher's re-skinned weapons, and others.

Here is a more detailed list of what exactly is included:

• Weapons:

• Re-skinned crowbar (on ManTuna's animations).

• Re-skinned AR2.
• Re-skinned bugbait.
• Re-skinned Magnum .357
• Re-skinned Grenades.
• New shotgun by Pete (unfolded version).
• MK23 Sokom pistol replacement.
• High Resolution Annabelle.
• Re-skinned RPG.

• Re-Skinned Gravity Gun.

• NPCs:

• Re-skinned metrocop, Combine Soldiers, Citizens, Zombine, and rebels by Mr.So.

• Higher quality main characters (Alyx, Breen, Barney, G-Man).
• High Resolution Headcrab, Fast and Poison Headcrab.

• High Resolution Zombie and Fast Zombie.

• Map Props/Misc:

• Re-skinned normal and Supply Crates.

• High Resolution Rollermine.
• Improved Manhacks.

• Improved Hunter-Chopper.

• Sprites:

• Improved weapon muzzleflashes.

Among other cool stuff, but this is what it mainly contains.

INSTALLATION:

Just extract the materials, models, and sound folders in steamapps/common/Half-Life 2/hl2 (or episodic, ep2, hl2dm)/custom/(folder name here).

NOTE:

In certain images the muzzleflash is not shown. This is simply because I didn't sync well with the screenshot when I fired the weapon. They work for all weapons, don't worry.

UPDATE:

I added a sound pack created by Strelok. They will certainly make the game more interesting, and, on occasions, more exciting. Basically, they replace the sounds of some NPCs, some weapons, ambient, and several others. I also added a custom effect for the glass and water. The glass, when shot, will look different now, same with the water splash.

NOTE2: I also made a music pack, but they are not hand-made. They are songs sang by various bands, and uploading them here would be illegal. Whoever wants to try them should send me a message. They are mainly composed of rock, rap, heavy metal, black metal songs, and yes, certain ones can (and will) change the atmosphere of the game A LOT.
