Tigg's M16A4 for HL2

After almost 2 year after I promised to release this I finally think it is ready for release. Please enjoy I have put over 100 hours into this(StudioCompiler is a bitch when decompiling models that are from before SourceSDK 2007; animations are half the time not the way they were when the model was compiled).

Please enjoy, but please tell me if you encounter any problems because I have not tested this in HL2 SP because I do not own it. its been tested in HL2MP and in SMODRedux.
