Strelok`s improvements pt4

This is all I could bring you for now, BMS is coming out soon, maybe before it I`m gonna bring you something very special

Anyway this are the features here

-All shitty ambience sounds updated and enhanced, several of them with my own customization -HQ detail which is gonna enhance the way of look of all textures. -All cheap waters have been enhanced now with reflections and realistic transparency -less buggy greenslime, but still :( -Awesome apache rotor sound -Plats, doors, things... sounds -Updated controls, now you can holst and unholst your weapon realisticly but console has to be acivated, press q for it, also press p to have ragdolls collisions, t for bulletime and y for normal time -Excellent songs
