Well looks like this is FPSB's first skin for L4D. The first that actually works in-game.

Currently skinning L4D is.. complicated and buggy. I've made this as simple as I could, and included all the necessary files to replace. KEEP BACK UPS OF YOUR EXISTING FILES.

To install replace the following files in your directory with the ones I've included. whitelist.cfg pak01_dir.vpk

Now you will also need to unpack the VPK with Gibbed's VPK Extractor. Link Make sure you unpack it to a separate folder, not your main directory. Now from the unpacked files, move the folder materials into your game folder. Now in that folder find /materials/models/survivors/teenangst/ and add the files from this download's same directory to it. You'll notice only 2-3 files need to be replaced, while the rest simply add on. It is quite alright to leave everything else in there, in fact i highly recommend you do.

Remember, skins are still buggy at this stage. When valve fixes things, i'll rerelease this skin.

Again, keep a backup of your original files. Hopefully soon Valve will allow us to skin without doing what we have here, and doing so in a stable fashion. When that happens you can still use this skin, you'll just need to remove the 2 on all of the texture files and dump everything else from this download. Bare in mind, this skin is not meant to be ground breaking in terms of looks, just meant to turn the girl blond. The great thing about this though, is that it gets the stupid skins to work at all. And once again, (3rd and last warning) back up all of your files before you do any of this.
