zoey leather coat pk for L4D1 and L4D2

remade both texture and normal map (again) for better, more subtle effect

since pak01_dir re-edits for l4d2 are now frowned upon by valve, i re-named the vtf/vmt and re-vpk'ed for it for l4d2.

l4d2 is easy...take vpk out of rar and deposit in addons folder / manage addons in extras menu / enjoy.

l4d1 requires a pak01_dir re-edit to allow it to use the info i put into l4d1 vpk.

 i have included a re-edited pak01_dir in the L4D1 folder in rar.

 i have also included instructions on what to edit with note pad++ just in case you wish to make work with other skins/mods
