G-Mutated Boomer

G-Mutated Boomer reskin by: sHoNi89P

Description: This is a reskin of the Boomer in order to resemble one of the G-Virus Mutated Monsters of the Resident Evil saga (sp.RE2/William Birkin) complete with a multitude of G-eyes. It can be seen also as a small update of my Raccoon City Megapack (Major update is to be released AFTER SDK comes out)

Pre-install:

• I raccomend to backup your "materials/models/infected/boomer" and "materials/models/v_models/infected" folders before installing my reskin.
• Be sure to have added "add" "materials/models/..." to your whitelist.cfg

How to install:

1. Simply Copy/Paste the folder "materials" into your "Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead\left4dead" folder (overwriting the existing one)

2. Open "pak01_dir" with Notepadd++ (The default notepad WON'T work -- it crashes the game) and replace the following strings with my modded ones (use ctrl+f to search)

$baseTexture "models\infected\boomer/boomer" with $baseTexture "models\infected\boomer/boomer_g" and $baseTexture "models\infected\boomer/boomer_exploded_01" with $baseTexture "models\infected\boomer/boomer_exploded_01g"
