L4D1 Survivors with Melee fix

A relatively simple pack which I'm hoping will be superceded by a future Valve update, this pack adds melee attachments to the L4D1 survivors, a pistol attachment for Zoey, and incap animations for the 3 male L4D1 survivors in solo play.

Note that these models will only take effect on unofficial servers, and the incap animations will only play in offline/solo play.

This pack retains facial animations, boomer vomit effects, hit boxes, and LODs of the original models. Any custom skins you may be using for the L4D1 survivors should not be overridden by this package. If you're using any of my other L4D1 survivor replacements, they have the same fixes applied.

Update 9/17/2011: Made it compatible with the new Valve update that restored Zoey's L4D1 animations.
