InvincibleMugenGuy2013 Made a edit To Derp that include changes in sounds, hitboxes and animations and the Hyper backround. It also made the Hyper's FUUUuuuu and Table Flip take longer to activate on startup. Sadly That edit is now offine, Thankfully I have the edit still in my mugen folder, so I hosted here. =3
