SV-98 Reworked

Important! I did not created this skin. 

What i did is: 
1. Re-texture
2. Audio fix (synchronizing audio with animations).
3. Custom UI icons (for scope, silencer and weapon color variation).
4. Configuration - Now this gun uses it's own silencer and scope, i also set values for traders, and set is as a mission reward.
5. Additionally this gun uses survarium style 1p59 reticle.
