More Expressive Bowser!

My second import! Been wanting to do this for so long and finally I have! ^-^
A much more expressive, toony Bowser! Completely custom model, too! More or less aiming for how he was in the RPGs, but with my own style mixed in. ;P
Comes with CSPs, Metal model, TexIDed so it should be able to go over any slot(just rename the files for the slot ya want it over) and there's a sound mode in there, so he sounds like he does in the actual Mario games, along with a script that makes him a bit more talkative, which was done by Shun_One, on Discord.
Haven't run into any problems, tested on FG tons, all works fine!
