More Mario-esque Bowser!

Seems like whenever I want to make a mod for Bowser, someone else has already done it, or similar. :'D But, I was already working on this, took me a bit, so I wanted to upload!

Bowser in Sm4sh doesn't really match how he actually appears in the Mario series, so I thought I'd try and make him fit better. Giving him a more "toony" look. Redid his textures, changed his materials, edited his model, along with changing some of his expressions(as much I could, since I can't actually do anything besides vertex edits)!

I also included a sound pack, that has his voice from MK8!
And a script file that makes him more talkative, like the other fighters! The script was done by shun_one, on Discord I believe.

And lastly, it goes over his default skin.
