Forces of Nature Pittoo

I noticed Pittoo was quite lacking on the skin front compared to most of the other characters, which is a shame since his default skins... really aren't very good for the most part. So, I wanted to try doing some for him, and this is where I started off with it. Seems like a pretty natural first place to go to, to the point that you really wonder why he didn't have a skin like this by default.

This is set to go over slot 9 by default.

I might at a point do more with him, maybe some based on various Uprising bosses or something.
