Guzma's Shades Jigglypuff Vert Edit & Texture Mod

Pokemon Sun & Moon might not be out yet, but that won't stop me from getting hyped about the recently revealed villain team boss, Guzma.  there's just something so cool about him, y'know?

The most unique part of his design is probably his lopsided shades, which he keeps on his forehead, so I took the sunglasses from the c07 Jigglypuff skin and vertex edited them into Guzma's shades.

I also went ahead and removed (meaning: shrank so you can't see it) the hat from that skin, made the shades' frames yellow, tinted the lenses slightly brown, made Jigglypuff's eyes black, and gave Jigglypuff some discoloration on her eyelids all to match Guzma just a bit more, while also making Jigglypuff's skin a bit less saturated so that it's more easily distinguishable from other 'Puffs.

The mod is TexID'd so that you can use it in tandem with the standard c07 'Puff skin without running into any problems, and it also comes with a full folder so you can easily use it as an additional skin rather than replacing one.

The mod comes with all the neccessary CSPs; chr_00, chr_11, chr_13, and stock_90, but I will admit that the CSPs included are not accurate to the default Jigglypuff CSPs.  I'd like to say that I'll be able to come back at some point and make those myself, but as I am now I'm not really capable of making CSPs that are both accurate to the mod and to the default ones, especially since it's a vertex edit and not a simple texture mod.  If anyone would like to make accurate CSPs in my stead just tell me about it somehow so I can update the mod files to add them or otherwise link to a separate URL to download them.

I made this mod within the span of a single day, and I got to packing it up, uploading it, and writing the README and this body text fairly late at night, so if there's any problems with any of it feel free to comment and let me know.

And to give credit where it's due, I used G_F_D's "Grey Miiverse" mod for the mod screenshots and to make cropping an image for the CSPs easier on me.
