Another vertex modeI I worked on, Lucario vertexed into Braixen!
Voice mod here!
Goes over c08 by default but should go over any slot; Texid'd!
Comes with CSP/Stock90/etc.
Included are two files (optional) used for effects, borrowed from Charizard. These are kinda buggy and are best for show, since some effects are missing. (Seen in the screenshots)
