Amped Up MegaMan

Hello again. I've decided to create this megaman skin because of an idea i had to make a series called amped up. 

What's amped up? 

It's a skin series for a few select characters that give the character a sleek and neat design.

Now that I've gotten that out of the way. I already tex id to 99, so it should go on any costume or an additional costume if you edited the ui_character.db.

Comes with csp's.
